"I am very pleased with Soren's work. He has shown himself to be
thorough and conscientious ever since I called upon him to diagnose a
fan problem with my furnace. Thank goodness he had completed a very
rigorous course in heat exchanger inspections and immediately explained
to me that not only did I have a blown fan motor, but had 3 cracks in
the face plate. He explained that, that was an indicator of more damage to
the heat exchangers beneath and that I had been breathing carbon
monoxide, and he had to destroy the furnace by law. He then worked
with me to find the best price possible given the economy and my
situation and went above and beyond what he had agreed to do. The
installation took only a day for both the heater and condenser and he
even came back to see how I was doing and if I had any additional
questions. I highly recommend Soren for any of your HVAC needs now and
in the future."
